Our Difference

Unlike other martial arts, the Aslando system pursues a defensive approach based not only on physical strength but also on strategy, body anatomy, and precise timing. One of the key features of our system is the principle of quickly neutralizing the opponent by stimulating specific nerve points in the body. This method was developed through extensive research and years of collaboration with experts in the field.

In Aslando, it’s not just about using your strength against your opponent, but also about using their energy and movements to your advantage. This leads to more controlled, effective, and conscious self-defense. This approach allows students to become stronger and more balanced, both physically and mentally.

Another important aspect that we emphasize in our training is the development of reflexes in dangerous situations. Through regular and systematic training, our students acquire the reflexes and awareness to act quickly, precisely, and deliberately in potentially risky situations.

Aslando is more than just a self-defense system; It is also a holistic training approach that fosters discipline, self-control, self-confidence, and a culture of conscious action. Therefore, we want to teach our students how to protect themselves and face challenges with strength and determination.

Aslando is a modern training method that combines movement, balance, and conscious control. In addition to physical and personal development, Aslando also incorporates important elements of violence prevention. In a respectful and safe training environment, people of all ages learn to strengthen their body awareness, build self-confidence, and set clear boundaries. The focus is not on fighting, but on recognizing conflicts early and avoiding them whenever possible. Aslando promotes discipline, mindfulness, and responsible behavior—skills that are crucial not only in training but also in everyday life. The goal is to empower people to perceive and protect themselves and their surroundings consciously, calmly, and safely.
