Violence Prevention Program For Children
Our program for the prevention of violence against children, developed within the framework of Aslando, empowers children to protect themselves physically and emotionally, gain self-confidence, and react appropriately in dangerous situations. The program is equally suitable for girls and boys, and training generally takes place in mixed-gender groups. This ensures that children are optimally prepared for various everyday situations. Girls and boys receive the same training in the program because self-defense requires not only physical strength but also attentiveness, quick thinking, and the ability to react appropriately. In everyday life, girls and boys can encounter similar risky or challenging situations.
Therefore, our training ensures that all children learn in the same environment, learn from each other, and develop together. Our courses teach not only techniques but also important social skills such as recognizing danger early, setting boundaries, developing safe behaviors, and asking for help when needed. The children discover their strengths and learn how to act in different situations. Instead of a single, fixed technique, our program uses various methods and practical applications that are appropriate for the children’s age and developmental stage. Every child learns at their own pace and develops the skills that best suit them.
This is how children learn:
- Know yourself better
- Recognize dangerous situations early
- Express yourself confidently
- Develop self-confidence and social skills.
The violence prevention program for children offers a comprehensive educational approach that not only supports children in protecting themselves, but also in growing into respectful, responsible and strong personalities.
